How to Confirm PIPP Coverage:

All claims for coverage of a compensable loss require Manitoba Public Insurance’s approval.

The therapist can email PTApprovals@mpi.mb.ca to confirm PIPP coverage and a reply will be provided within three (3) business days or call 204-985-7200 with the claimant’s initial and claim number. (The therapist only needs to include the claimant’s initial and claim number to identify the claim if emailing)

To save the Health Care Report to your computer:

1. click on the "Save" button in the File Download screen that appears.
2. select where on your computer you want to save the document.

To submit your Form report, use the following methods:

3. Email ICMReports@mpi.mb.ca
   • Please include only the claimant’s initial and claim number in the subject of the email, to ensure timely processing.

To ensure you are paid promptly for Manitoba Public Insurance invoices, invoices should include claim number and claimant name, specific service, and your MPI Registered Account Number. Invoice Inquiries can be directed to BIPaymentUnit@mpi.mb.ca or 204-985-8246
