In response to this Act, Manitoba Public Insurance created an Accesibility Plan, which will be used as a roadmap to ensure that the Corporation has a clear and comprehensive road map towards universal accessibility. The Corporation’s goal is to ensure all Manitobans feel welcome and accommodated according to their needs.
Universal accessibility means that all people, regardless of their physical or developmental abilities have access to all information and services. The Accessibility Plan outlines a long-term process for Manitoba Public Insurance to achieve this goal.
