Most of these fatal collisions are linked to distracted driving, speeding or impaired driving.
From 2012-16, these three contributing factors can be linked to 82 per cent of deaths in fatal collisions in Manitoba. And those deaths did not discriminate – children, teenagers, adults and seniors were all victims. They matter. They all do.
