In the absence of regular mail service, our goal is to maintain customer service with minimal disruption. Claim and refund cheques and Enhanced cards and licences will be available for pickup at the Service or Claim Centre relevant to the postal code for your mailing address. Basic driver’s licences and identification cards will be available if you need one for a specific, urgent reason – but your card will still be valid if your account is paid, even if your card’s expiry date happens during the postal disruption.
