Where Do I Find the Document Number?

If the customer has a valid Manitoba driver's licence or identification card, they need to provide their document number to confirm their identity

The document number is located on the customer's:

• Manitoba driver's licence card
• Manitoba temporary driver's licence certificate
• Manitoba identification card
